1969 Cold Case Murder Suspect Returns To Mass.
SALEM, N.H. (CBS/AP) -- One of the three men charged in connection with the slaying of a 15-year-old Tewksbury boy 41 years ago is back in Massachusetts to face charges.
Michael Ferreira, of Salem, N.H. waived extradition during a Tuesday appearance in a New Hampshire court, after refusing to do so a week earlier.

Prosecutors say the 57-year-old Ferreira and two friends killed John Joseph McCabe in Lowell when they were teenagers.
Ferreira, who was 16 at the time of the killing, is facing a murder charge in juvenile court and a perjury charge in adult court.
