19 Vehicles Crash In O'Neill Tunnel During Morning Rush Hour Accidents
BOSTON (CBS) – Nineteen vehicles crashed in four separate accidents just inside the entrance to the Tip O'Neill Tunnel during the morning rush hour Monday.

State Police said it all happened in the northbound lanes just before 8 a.m.
The first crash was a chain reaction incident that involved nine cars. One person was taken to the hospital with what police described as "non-life-threatening injuries."
Moments later, four more cars crashed.
Another four vehicles crashed in a third incident and then two more collided in a fourth accident.
There were no injuries in the final three crashes.
Traffic was backed up for a while in the area.
It's not clear yet what caused the initial crash or if the wet weather was a factor.
