Driver Charged In Brockton Crash That Killed Female Passenger
BROCKTON – One person was killed in a crash in Brockton Saturday morning that has the driver facing charges.
Police say a vehicle slammed into three parked cars on Provost Street.
A female passenger died and two others were taken to the hospital. None of the victims were identified.
The driver, 21-year-old Arcelino Silva, who was not hurt, is charged with motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation.
He's also accused of reckless driving, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
