11-Year-Old Boy Hit By Car While Riding Bike In Amesbury
AMESBURY (CBS) -- An 11-year-old boy was med-flighted to a Boston hospital after he was hit by a car in Amesbury, the fire department said. The child has serious injuries.
It happened around 4:30 p.m. near Oakland and Chestnut Streets.
The driver stayed on the scene and was not injured, said the fire department.
The crash is under investigation and the driver has not been charged at this time.
