1 Dead In Small Plane Crash In Leverett
LEVERETT (AP) --The Federal Aviation Administration says one person has been killed in a small plane crash in western Massachusetts.
Holly Baker, a spokeswoman for the FAA, said another person aboard the Cessna registered to a Ronkonkoma, N.Y., company was seriously injured in the crash Sunday. She says two others had minor injuries.
The Republican of Springfield reported that state police in Northampton, Mass., said the plane hit power lines.
No other details were immediately available.
