1 Dead, 1 Critical In Storrow Drive Crash
BOSTON (CBS) – One person was killed and another seriously injured in a crash on Storrow Drive early Tuesday morning.
A GMC Sierra pick-up truck was heading westbound when it crashed at the Bowker Overpass near Kenmore Square around 1:20 a.m.
Two men were ejected.
State police say the passenger, 22-year-old Thomas Piersiak of Needham, died at the scene.
The driver, also 22 of Needham, was rushed to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
His name has not been released.
No charges have been filed at this point in the investigation.
