Harris Teeter has launched their “Spot the Red Truck” contest in Maryland, Northern Virginia and the Washington metropolitan area. During During this monthlong contest, Harris Teeter is giving away 200 HT Plus Memberships which include free grocery delivery and double the fuel points for an entire year.
