CBS News projects Moore to win Maryland's Democratic gubernatorial primary
Votes are still being counted, but on Friday CBS News called the Democratic primary in the Maryland governor's race for Wes Moore. Fellow Democrat Peter Franchot conceded the race, but Tom Perez's campaign says it's still too early to call.
