The Baltimore Ravens suffer another loss, but his time the score wasn't as close as in previous weeks. Manning controlled the tempo of the game from start to finish, putrid offensive showings coupled with giant miscues led to an embarrassing defeat at home, and the Ravens will need to improve fast if they are to have any chance of making an impact in the playoffs.
Chris Harris returned an interception 98 yards for a momentum-turning touchdown, and the Denver Broncos beat the skidding Baltimore Ravens 34-17 Sunday for their ninth straight victory.

Many fully expect it, but none know for sure. The Ravens may be getting their most iconic figure in time for their game against the Denver Broncos. With playoff implications throughout this contest, it will be a huge boost if Baltimore can garner his services. But he isn't the only Ravens player with questions regarding his availability for Sunday's game.
Even if they don't win another game, the Baltimore Ravens could probably still get into the playoffs as AFC North champions. And then what?
The Ravens have had success against the Denver Broncos in the past. Peyton Manning is a different story. When Baltimore and Denver clash on Sunday, one of those streaks will hold true. Baltimore will either have to put points up in bunches, or keep Manning off the field. This games have all the makings of a playoff like showdown between 2 of the better teams in the NFL.
It was the talk of the town when the season first started. The "sugar huddle" offense was dynamic and exciting. It placed Joe Flacco on track for his first Pro Bowl selection. And then it was gone. For whatever reason the Ravens abandoned that style of football. But with the promotion of Caldwell to offensive coordinator, many expect the no-huddle offense to return. And it couldn't come at a better time.
The Ravens are getting ready for a pivotal A-F-C showdown against Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos, who are winners of eight straight. As far as it goes for the Ravens, they have yet to clinch a playoff berth and will try to do so for a franchise best, fifth consecutive season.
That said, Peyton Manning is my favorite athlete to watch in sports. The way he has come back from all these surgeries, and shut up the critics, is amazing.
