Maryland News Man Struck By Vehicle, Thrown Over Side Of JFX June 7, 2013 / 7:38 PM EDT / CBS News A man and an officer were struck on the JFX, bringing traffic to a standstill. JFX Accident WJZ has learned the man was thrown over the side of the highway, landing in the water below.
