Fatal Fire Two firefighters were also hurt in the blaze. Fatal Fire Heavy smoke was seen from the first and second floors. Fatal Fire A grandmother and her four grandchildren were killed in the fire. Fatal Fire Fire officials called the blaze an inferno. Fatal Fire Officials are on the scene investigating.
