Zach Wilt Thinks Manny Machado Is All Star Worthy
Zach Wilt stopped by the Scott Garceau Show with Jeremy Conn today to talk some baseball.
Zach started by commenting on the state of the AL East "The way the East has played out so far has not been too surprising. Everyone thought all of the teams would be relatively clumped together. I don't think anybody thought the Red Sox would be 35-43 on June 30th, but if you said that the top spot would be separated by one game between four teams, I don't think you'd catch anybody off guard."
Scott asked about which O's player should be considered for the all-star game, Zach remarked, "Manny Machado has been fantastic, he's meant so much for the club, with an amazing June for him. He's embraced the lead off role with some pop, by the way. I think this 23 year old looks fantastic, I think he's deserving."
