York Road Closures Near Fairgrounds Impact Friday Morning Rush
TIMONIUM, Md. (AP/WJZ) -- Both southbound lanes along York Road near the entrance to the fairgrounds were closed overnight and into Friday morning as crews work to tie in a water line.
The Baltimore County Department of Public Works anticipated opening both southbound lanes by 6 a.m. Friday. However, lane closures persist through the Friday morning rush hour.
All southbound York Road traffic will be shifted into the center turn lane for a short distance as crews continue water line work. Northbound York Road traffic will not be affected.
