Work Scheduled On Water Transmission System
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Hagerstown officials say work on the water transmission system may cause low water pressure and minor discoloration.
The Water Division will work starting at 11 p.m. Wednesday and expects to finish around 9 a.m. Thursday.
Officials say the minor discoloration is the result of a change in flow. All regulatory standards will be met.
