Woman Dead After Apartment Fire In Baltimore
BALTIMORE (AP) -- A woman is dead after an apartment fire in Baltimore.
Fire officials say the woman was found unresponsive Sunday afternoon in a second-floor apartment at 1820 Spence Street. Paramedics performed CPR and the woman was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Her name was not released.
Two other residents sustained non-life-threatening injuries, and officials say the blaze was brought under control before it could spread to other apartments in the building.
The fire was brought under control before it spread to other apartments. The cause is still under investigation.
