Woman Charged With Stabbing Relative With Pen
SALISBURY, Md. (AP) -- Salisbury police have charged a woman with stabbing a male relative in the chest with a pen.
It happened Saturday about 8 p.m. on East Leigh Avenue. Police say they saw Venita Oney, 35, of Salisbury with blood on her clothes.
Officers say Oney told them she got into an argument with the victim and stabbed him. The victim refused medical treatment.
Oney has been charged with assault and other offenses. She is being held on $25,000 bond.
