Woman Arrested In Hit-And-Run That Killed Md. Man
MIAMI (WJZ) -- More than a month after a University of Miami student from Maryland was killed in a hit-and-run, Florida police say they've found the person responsible.
Valentina Hubsch, 45, is now charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving death.
Police say they used DNA samples to link her to the vehicle that hit Jared "Paul" Jones, 21, last month.
Hubsch is now out on bond.
