Where's Marty? At Archbishop High School ahead of a massive lacrosse game
Hi Everyone!
What starts out sounding quite random is in reality an interesting local sports story. And here it is.
The Duke Lacross team and the University of Denver LAX team will play each other at Archbishop Spalding High School on Sunday. These are two of America's top-level college lacrosse teams playing on a field in Severn.
In fact, this is part of a program called College Lacrosse Live, whose goal is to bring big time LAX to more folks than ever before.
And it is getting legs in the DMV and Eastern Seaboard where lacrosse is a way of life.
For instance, check out the other two games in what is billed as, "Three Cities, Three Epic College Lacrosse Battles." I call it LAX goes on tour.
The game here is Sunday and most of the local lacrosse heavyweights are on the road, so this is the big LAX game of the weekend here.
