Westbound I-70 Closed Near Braddock Heights
FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -- Maryland State Police say the westbound lanes of Interstate 70 just west of Frederick are closed due to an overturned tractor-trailer.
Police say they expect the highway to be closed for an extended period of time. Traffic is being rerouted onto U.S. 40.
Police say a tractor-trailer overturned at the 46-mile marker, between Braddock Heights and Middletown, at about 3 p.m.
They say the single-vehicle accident caused a personal injury but they had no further information.
