WEATHER BLOG: The Heat Continues
It is possible for temps to get a degree or two higher than 97 on at least one of the next few days, but overall I think our forecast is on target.
The Science Center will probably reach or top 100 degrees.
High pressure will continue to maintain a stronghold on our weather pattern.
Saturday will be the first day in this forecast period when we'll be able to question weather or not we will still reach into the mid 90s.
That'll ultimately depend on how much cloud cover there is and the overall distribution of thunderstorms as our next weather-maker enters the region.
