WEATHER BLOG: Another Storm Is Headed Our Way
The flurries Wednesday have come and gone, but the winds and cold continue. We are going to the 20s overnight and then only 30s again Thursday afternoon. Even though the winds won't be as strong, the breeze will drop the wind chill to the 20s Thursday. That will set the stage for a new storm moving our way on Friday.
The next storm won't arrive until later Friday. It may start as a mix of sleet, freezing rain and snow. But once again, it will pull warm"er" air into it and force a change over to rain on Saturday. Temperatures will continue to run below average during this time, in the low 40s.
When the storm leaves on Sunday, temperatures will slowly recover to the then average of 47 degrees.
