Warrant Issued For Hagerstown Arson Suspect
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- The state fire marshal's office says it has issued an arrest warrant for a man suspected of setting two fires that destroyed a home near Hagerstown.
The agency said Friday that 57-year-old Donathan Cooper occasionally lived at the home on York Road that went up in flames Tuesday night. It was listed as his address when he was charged in June with assault. Those charges were dismissed in September.
The fire marshal's office says two other occupants of the home escaped without injury.
The agency says Cooper set the fires inside the home after an argument.
