Waldorf Man Sets Virginia Record When He Catches 62-Pound Catfish
WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WJZ) -- Quite the catch of the day.
This is crazy. It was a normal fishing trip for a Maryland man until he caught a record fish.
William Bates Jr. of Waldorf was out fishing on the Occoquan Bay in Fairfax County in Virginia when he caught a 62-pound blue catfish.
That's a state record for Virginia.
It looks like one of those things you see in River Monsters.
What did it eat? Whatever it wanted.
