Strength: has some make you miss. size. Speed. Smooth. Fluid. Big target. Can adjust- good release vs press can bend. Good slant move. Can get in and out of cut for size-good hands-good body control for height. Good acceleration. Has ability to sperate.
Weakness: will he catch in traffic–not strong. Will jump for ball some to secure catch needs work on tail end of route.
Summary: Justin is a talent. He has good height and has movement of a smaller guy. He is very fluid can bend and has ability to get in and out of breaks. He has great speed and deep ability to get deep and he can get deep and slow gets in and out of cuts. He needs to get strength but he has run skills. Saw him turn down ball before contact but he will go over middle? The kid is a talent to keep diversity. He has big spirit.

Good line awareness- has quickness-can make snap breaks- can put foot in good and separate-run good in breaking route procedures.
Weakness: needs work vs press. Strength. Speed? Doesn't play strong. Doesn't create a lot of separation takes too long to break on out cuts not a strong runner-some trouble vs press burst off LOS
Summary: this kid is a smart production receiver. He knows how to run routes he can put foot in ground and create separation. Has good hands will catch ball away from body. Can make you miss runner but gets ball up field. Can make all the catches I don't see big speed on much strength in his play the btter 40 time the higher he will go a #2 reciever
