Vehicle Fire Closes I-83 Northbound Between Coldspring Lane And Northern Parkway

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A vehicle fire on the Jones Falls Expressway has caused closures between W. Coldspring Lane and W. Parkway on the northbound side and snarled traffic back to the Beltway for motorists heading south.

Footage on WJZ shows a vehicle engulfed in flames just beyond the on-ramp from W. Coldspring Lane to I-83 North.
