Va. Man Sentenced In Drug Plot On Cruise Ship
BALTIMORE (AP) -- A Virginia man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison in a plot to import heroin and cocaine aboard a cruise ship.
Loxly Johnson, 49, of Norfolk was sentenced Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Baltimore.
According to evidence at trial, Johnson arranged the importation of drugs from the Dominican Republic using crew members from a cruise ship that stopped in Baltimore.
