UVA Student Accused Of Killing Md. Woman Most Likely Won't Face Death Penalty
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The man accused of killing a University of Virginia student from Baltimore County will likely not face the death penalty.
The Washington Examiner reports prosecutors do not plan on seeking the death penalty against George Huguely.
He's charged with first-degree murder in the death of Yeardley Love, who was from Cockeysville.
The Examiner also reports the case will likely be settled in a plea deal before trial, which is set to begin next month.
