University Makes Partnership On Cybersecurity
COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) -- The University of Maryland has announced a partnership to promote cybersecurity education and research.
The university made the announcement on Monday about its partnership with Tenable Network Security.
Patrick O'Shea, who chairs the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Clark School at the university, says he looks forward to developing new solutions to cybersecurity challenges.
The university will work with Tenable through its recently established Maryland Cybersecurity Center.
Tenable's corporate offices are in Columbia.
