U-Del. Student Stabbed In Parking Lot Fight
NEWARK, Del. (AP) -- Police say a University of Delaware student was stabbed during a fight in a Newark parking lot.
Police say the 22-year-old student was stabbed several times in the chest and abdomen early Sunday morning. The victim underwent surgery at Christiana Hospital, and police say the victim's condition is stable.
The stabbing is under investigation, and police believe a man of similar age was responsible.
