BALTIMORE - Two window washers were rescued Tuesday morning after they were stuck on a scaffolding 70 feet above the ground at the Marriott Headquarters in Bethesda, authorities said.

According to the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue, the workers were stranded four stories up after a mechanical issue with the cable.
