Barricade Situation Lasting 2 Days In DC Comes To An End
WASINGTON (WJZ)—A two-day barricade situation in Washington has come to an end, according to WUSA9.
The incident happened on Friday morning in Northeast D.C.
WUSA9 reports that an alleged gunman was reportedly held up inside the home after he killed a woman on Friday. The woman was later identified as 63-year-old Loretta Carswell.
Just before 5:30 p.m. Saturday, the barricade situation came to an end and the suspect was taken into custody.
