Trial Postponed In 2010 Slaying
WESTMINSTER, Md. (AP) -- The murder trial of a Baltimore man has been postponed after his defense attorney asked to be recused because she had represented the state's confidential informant.
Public defender Laura Morton made the request Monday at the trial of Tuson Reese, who is charged with first-degree murder in the stabbing death of Steven Hobson, 40, in 2010.
The Carroll County Times reports that the judge granted Morton's request, leaving Reese, 27, without counsel.
