Crews Investigate Train Derailment In Elkton
ELKTON, Md. (WJZ) -- Firefighters are investigating a train derailment in Elkton.
Emergency officials say the CSX train derailed near the 1700-block of Singerly Road around 11:45 p.m. Wednesday.
Ten cars derailed. Two were carrying sulfuric acid, but there are no reports of leaks.
So far, no injuries have been reported.
No evacuations have been made, and no closures are impacting traffic.
