Tractor Trailer Overturns Near I-95
BALTIMORE(WJZ)-- All lanes are now back open after a tractor trailer overturned at O'Donnell Street, backing traffic up for miles.
Skye Eye Chopper 13 was over the scene on the southbound side at Eastern Avenue just before 4 p.m. Wednesday.
The tractor trailer was eventually towed away. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
