Tractor-Trailer Fire On I-95 South Causing Delays
COLLEGE PARK, Md. (WJZ) -- The service lanes on the Inner Loop of the Capital Beltway between I-95 and US-1 are blocked.
A tractor-trailer hit an unattended vehicle on the side of the road and the two burst into flames.
One lane is still blocked. There are no injuries.
