Toxicology Tests Reveal Little About Bus Crash That Killed Pregnant Lacrosse Coach From Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Toxicology tests fail to provide answers in a tragic crash that killed a college lacrosse coach from Maryland.
The Seton Hill women's team was on a bus on the Pennsylvania turnpike when it crashed this month.
Coach Kristina Quigley, who was pregnant, died in the accident.
So did the bus driver, 61-year-old Anthony Guaetta.
Tests show Guaetta did not have either drugs or alcohol in his system at the time and he was not suffering from a medical emergency.
