Tornado Watch, Severe Thunderstom Warning & Flash Flood Warning & Watch Issued For Parts Of Md.
BALTIMORE (WJZ)—The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch, Severe Thunderstorm Warning, Flash Flood Warning and Flash Flood Watch for several areas in Maryland.
The National Weather Service has confirmed that a tornado touched down at BWI-Marshall Airport at 7:19 p.m. on Friday, where an employee at the airport's tower first spotted it.
Emergency officials in Queen Anne's County also confirm that a tornado touched down along Route 301 in Centreville. Kevin Aftung, chief of the county's Department of Emergency Services, said two police officers spotted the funnel cloud Friday evening.

Emergency officials say it is possible that twisters also came through the Fallston area in Harford County. Four people are being treated for injuries after damage in the area.
Harford County Executive David Craig talked about damage in his area.
Rich Gardner, of Harford County Fire Department, confirms a building collapse and downed trees on Bel Air and Mountain Roads off Route 152. Roads between Bel Air and Mountain Roads are completely blocked off.
Radar indicates a storm that has the potential of causing problems.
Flooding has been reported in Montgomery and Carroll Counties. There have been reports of downed trees in Carroll County. A viewer from Mt. Airy reported strong winds and downed trees, blocking roadways in her neighborhood.
More than 19,000 BGE customers are without power, with most of the outages in Howard, Harford and Baltimore Counties.
Two to three inches of rain have been reported in Damascus, Montgomery County in a two-hour time frame.

BWI-Marshall is open for operation but is experiencing several delays and cancellations.
A Tornado Watch went into effect Friday afternoon and will last until 2 a.m. into Saturday.
A Tornado Watch means conditions are favorable for tornadoes and severe thunderstorms. The counties under Tornado Watch are Anne Arundel, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Central and Eastern Allegany, Charles, Dorchester, Extreme Western Allegany, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Northern Baltimore, Prince Georges, Queen Anne's, Somerset, Southern Baltimore, St. Mary's, Talbot, Washington and Wicomico.
The areas under Severe Thunderstorm Warning will last until 9:30 p.m. for parts of Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County, Harford County, Howard County, Frederick County, Montgomery County, Carroll County and Baltimore County.
A Flash Flood Warning is in effect until 3:45 a.m. Saturday for parts of Montgomery, Carroll, Howard and Baltimore Counties.
A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for Carroll, Central and Eastern Allegany, Extreme Western Allegany, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Northern Baltimore, Prince George's, Southern Baltimore and Washington Counties until midnight.
The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) said the right entrance ramp to US 1AL/Caton Avenue (Exit 50) has been closed due to flooding. MD-355 at Big Woods Road/Doctor Perry Road has been closed in both directions. For more information on road closures, visit the MDOT website.
