Toddler Abducted From Foster Care Returned Safe
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Maryland State Police say a Washington County child abducted from foster care has been returned unharmed.
Police say the 3-year-old girl was taken Saturday from foster care on Jefferson Boulevard in Hagerstown. She was returned unharmed on Sunday.
Police say a suspect, the girl's mother, is in custody.
