TIMELINE: Isaias Moves Through Maryland
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Isaias was downgraded to a Tropical Storm after it regained hurricane status after Monday when it made landfall in the Carolinas. It made its way through Maryland in just a few hours, faster than expected.
Marylanders saw heavy rains and tropical storm winds in parts of the state, including Baltimore City and areas south and east.
Flood watches, tropical storm watches and warnings were ahead of the storm's arrival.
Several tornadoes were reported around the state as the storm blew through the region.
The skies will continue to clear overnight into Wednesday morning. By Wednesday afternoon, it should be mostly sunny.
