Tiger, Sergio And Anchored Putting
Ryan Ballengee of the Back Nine Network joined the "Glenn Younes Show" on Tuesday night to give some breaking news and update everyone on the Sergio Garcia and Tiger Woods drama. The breaking news happened to be that Sergio ran his mouth again. When asked if Sergio would have dinner with Tiger at the US Open and Sergio replied "Yes we could have fried chicken". Glenn was floored by the comment made by Sergio. Ryan agreed "That's kind of that can't let it go attitude and that affects his golf game".
After some discussion of comparing Tiger and Sergio, Glenn and Ryan moved on to the ban of anchored putting in 2016. Ryan agrees with the move full heartedly. "I think that the governing bodies got it right, yeah maybe only 2-3% of the amateurs use that kind of stroke but those numbers are showing up in the PGA".
