4-Year-Old Hit & Killed By Taxi
BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- Baltimore County Police say a four-year-old was struck and killed by a taxi on Liberty Parkway just after 6 p.m. on Friday.
According to police, the child entered the road between two parked cars and was struck by a taxi traveling southbound.
The child was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital and pronounced dead later that evening. He was identified as Anthony Calius Sering.
The driver was identified as Jesse James Guy. He stopped at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
