Teen Convicted Of Assault In Hagerstown Stabbing
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- A Hagerstown teenager has been convicted of assault in the stabbing of a man during a fight.
Maurice McMillan, 17, was convicted Thursday by a Washington County Circuit Court jury. He was acquitted of attempted murder.
The Herald-Mail of Hagerstown reports that a judge sentenced McMillan to nine years in prison.
McMillan had been charged with stabbing Jarvel Fostion of Hagerstown during a fight in October. Fostion, 20, was stabbed nine times.
