Teen Linked To Pasadena Killing Jailed On Robbery
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- A Glen Burnie teen linked to a fatal shooting in Pasadena will spend a year and a half in jail for his part in an armed robbery days before the killing.
The Capital of Annapolis reports Daniel Alex Savage, 19, was sentenced Friday. Savage pleaded guilty in county Circuit Court in Annapolis to conspiracy to commit robbery in May. Prosecutors agreed to cap his sentence at 18 months for his cooperation in the case against Ronald Lee McLeod, who was ultimately convicted of killing Matthew Morrow in Pasadena on Oct. 13.
McLeod was also convicted of the Oct. 9 robbery of a 65-year-old woman. The pair approached the woman and displayed a weapon. They took her purse and knocked her to the ground.
