Teen Charged In Boonsboro Stabbing
BOONSBORO, Md. (AP) -- The Washington County sheriff's office says a 19-year-old Boonsboro man has been charged in a stabbing that wounded two.
The sheriff's office says Tyler Michael Szarvas is charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and concealing a dangerous weapon.
Authorities say deputies responded to the 100 block of Orchard Manor Drive shortly before 3 p.m. Saturday following a report of a domestic disturbance and found two people injured.
The Herald-Mail of Hagerstown reported that unidentified 20-year-old man who was stabbed several times was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore where he was reported in serious condition. A woman found at the scene was treated and released from Meritus Medical Center.
