Teen Alleges Sexual Abuse On Cruise Ship That Departed From Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ)—A teenager says she was sexually abused aboard a cruise ship that departed from Maryland.
A Royal Caribbean employee is facing federal charges.
Fabian Palmer, 25, is accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl on board the Enchantment of the Sea, which originated in Baltimore last month.
The victim tells investigators the abuse happened when Palmer took her into a men's locker room.
In charging documents, Palmer admits having sex with the girl but says he thought she was 16 years old.
The girl was on vacation with her family at the time.
So far there's no comment from Royal Caribbean.
