Having a solid education helps me resolve issues quickly and provide a quality service to our clients."

"I feel that building a solid foundation of knowledge was the key to my success. I then bundled that foundation of knowledge with hands on experience and that has helped me stay ahead in a quickly evolving industry."

"My advice would be to figure out what part of IT you are passionate about and focus on that area. Also, there are many internship opportunities available, take advantage of those to become a more well-rounded IT professional."
