Taxi Driver Accused Of Sexual Assault In D.C.
WASHINGTON (AP) -- Police in Washington are asking for the public's help finding a taxi driver accused of sexually assaulting a woman.
Police say the assault happened Sunday between the hours of 1:15 a.m. and about 2 a.m. in the 3200 block of Highland Place NW. The location is a few blocks from the Cleveland Park station on Metro's red line.
Police say the male suspect was driving a red and black taxi cab and that an adult female was sexually assaulted inside the vehicle.
Police did not give any other description of the driver.
