Swift-Water Rescue Teams En Route To Cecil County
ELKTON, Md. (AP) -- Officials in Cecil County say all roads are open, but drivers are nonetheless being urged to avoid travel unless necessary.
County officials say 10 people have sought shelter at Rising Sun High School, where the American Red Cross will serve hot meals.
Extra police and medic units will be working shifts, military liaison personnel are also assigned to the county, and two swift-water rescue teams are en route from South Carolina and are expected to arrive Monday morning.
