Suspects In Credit Card Fraud Arrested After Facebook Tip
HOWARD COUNTY, Md. (WJZ)—Facebook helps lead to the arrests of two suspects wanted for theft and major credit card fraud in Howard County.
Police say Stephanie Stuart, 25, and Craig England, both 40, stole credit cards from a Johns Hopkins employee's purse in Columbia in February.
The cards were used to buy thousands of dollars in merchandise at various stores in Columbia and Ellicott City.
Photos of the suspects were put up on the Howard County Police Department's Facebook page, and someone recognized the suspects and tipped off police.
