Suspect In 2010 Md. Slaying Arrested In Tenn.
ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) -- Montgomery County police say a man accused of a fatal shooting has been arrested in Tennessee.
Police said Tyshon Jones, whose last known address was Martinsburg, W.Va., was arrested Sunday in Knoxville on assault and disorderly conduct charges.
A warrant had been issued for Jones, 21, in the 2010 shooting death of Julian Kelly, 27, of Silver Spring. Police say Kelly was shot when four people robbed him. Three others were arrested days after the shooting.
An extradition hearing for Jones is pending.
